MUSIC AND BICYCLES MEET AT GHISALLO: THE SATURDAYS MORNING
CONCERTS AT THE GHISALLO CYCLING MUSEUM ARE BACKS
July 2025, Ghisallo, Magreglio CO – In a summer that invites you to climb, pedal, and rediscover freshness, beauty, and silence at high altitude, the Madonna del Ghisallo Cycling Museum — next to the famous Sanctuary, a sacred symbol for all cycling enthusiasts — renews its appointment with music.
From July 12 to August 30, every Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m., the museum will host “The Voice of the Cello”, a series of concerts in collaboration with the Bellagio and Lake Como Festival, as part of the CELLOFest festival dedicated to the cello, long regarded as the “instrument of the soul.”
Following the success of Suoni del Lario, Ghisallo once again opens its halls and breathtaking views to a curious and passionate audience, welcoming the talent of young cello performers in a unique setting: a place where the memory of cycling meets art and culture
The program includes eight musical matinées, with free admission based on voluntary donations:
July 12th – Paolo Tomasini
July 19th – Marta Comunetti
July 26th – Daniele Bogni
August 2nd – Andrea Stringhetti
August 9th – Tommaso Losito
August 16th – Alessio Molinati
August 23th – Camilla Rossi
August 30th – Sergio Patria
An opportunity to experience the Ghisallo Museum in a new way, blending sports heritage with evocative musical atmospheres. An invitation to come all the way up here — above Bellagio, in Magreglio — to be surprised by what has always been a summit of the soul. For those who love cycling, and even for those who simply appreciate everything surrounding the bicycle, including the soundtrack of good music.
We also remind you that the museum is currently hosting an extraordinary exhibition dedicated to the 80th birthday of the great Belgian champion Eddy Merckx, an icon of not only cycling but world sport.
Until September 30th 2025
