Magreglio (CO), September 2025 – The collection grows with encounters—and with emotions. As well as with jerseys. The Ghisallo Museum will host two special consecutive days dedicated to continuing the celebration of memory, passion, and cycling culture: the Madonna del Ghisallo Cycling Museum.
Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th will be a special weekend filled with meetings and testimonies.
On Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 3:30 PM, the Museum will welcome Italian Champions Rosa D’Angelo and Roberta Ferrero, who on this occasion will donate some significant memorabilia from their sporting careers.
The initiative, organized in collaboration with Rotary Club Erba Laghi, will give the public the chance to meet two leading figures in Italian women’s cycling—both symbols of success and strong values.
On Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the focus will shift to remembering Davide Rebellin, one of the most beloved and enduring champions of Italian cycling.
The event, organized in collaboration with the Museum and promoted by the group “Michele Scarponi e Davide Rebellin nel cuore” coordinated by Marcella Scotti, will be attended by Rebellin’s mother and brother Carlo, as well as friends and notable figures from the cycling world, including Norma Gimondi (daughter of the great champion), and Antonio Cortese, spokesperson for the group “Io rispetto il ciclista”, to share memories and reflections that connect generations of cycling enthusiasts.
Davide Rebellin lives on in the hearts of all cyclists. His tragic death has strengthened the commitment to never forget the importance of bike safety. He leaves us with over thirty years of career memories and prestigious victories such as Liège–Bastogne–Liège, La Flèche Wallonne, and the Clásica San Sebastián. Rebellin remains an indelible figure in cycling history.
These two events further enrich the mission of the Ghisallo Cycling Museum, a place that preserves the memory and emotions of cycling worldwide, continuously renewing the bond between the past, present, and future of this sport.
